Our Mission

Temple Israel welcomes people from diverse backgrounds,  offering a Jewish place to belong.   Affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, our congregation cherishes traditions, but is open to new ideas, programs, and opportunities.

Temple Israel life revolves around our worship services.  We are the only New Hampshire Synagogue offering morning Minyan.
(Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:00am).

Shabbat services are held every other Friday night

at 6:00pm, and every Saturday morning at 9:30.

We have a simple but lively service of song, prayer,

and a brief Dvar Torah. There is always a Kiddush lunch with time to schmooze after Saturday services.

All the holidays in the annual cycle are celebrated
with their distinctive melodies and rituals.

We are proud to serve students from kindergarten through Bar/Bat Mitzvah and beyond.

Please contact our director, Karen Jacobs, at
